Adam Djellab
Vast coaching experiences most recently working as assistant manger for Crawley Town FC's U19's program & Horsham FC's U18's Isthmian side.
On an individual basis I have worked with players in; Qatar stars league, EFL Championship, League 1 & 2, National League Prem, & South. As well as younger players across a variety of youth & grassroots levels (see testimonials)
Worked with the Premier League to coordinate successful programs within the Sussex area. Using football as a vehicle to better improve the community.
I view coaching as a performance. Every time I coach I must preform to give the players the best opportunity to develop, whilst enjoying what they do!
Unfortunately through injury and multiple surgeries, I've had to stop playing. Played across the non-league levels after completing 2 years with Crawley's U19 program.

Nabeel Ghannam
I am always looking to develop myself and those here at Clinical Training FC.
I always bring energy to my sessions as I believe in setting the right standards.
I look to educate our players early in order to give them the best chance of developing.
I believe that football is a game that reveals someone's true character, but its also a place where someone can develop their character too.
Using my experience and knowledge in which I have gained over the years whilst playing, I now want to pass it on to the younger generation. I hope I can be a good example to the younger players.
As while I love coaching, I am an aspiring footballer. Working hard to play professionally I'm currently playing with a Semi-Pro side (Lewes FC)

I'm a dedicated football coach with over 6 years of invaluable experience.
My coaching journey has taken me through academies and even a professional club, where I've honed my skills and passion for nurturing talent and achieving excellence on the pitch. I'm committed to imparting my knowledge and fostering a winning mentality in aspiring footballers at all levels.
With all the teams and sessions here at Clinical Training FC, I do my best to notice and coach each individual, even in a group or team setting, as I strive for every player to go home having benefited from the sessions.

Adam Al Meskin
I have been involved in the football world for 8 years now and coaching a variety of age groups. I have played 4 years with a successful team back in Spain winning the league on multiple occasions.
I find football as a way to enjoy and socialise with people, I like developing others who are getting into the sport giving them a chance to learn and enjoy every time they play.
Now at Clinical Training FC, I'm constantly learning and developing myself, working with a great team of coaches who only want the best for those we work with.

Rafey Gul
I have been coaching for Clinical Training FC for just over a year now! Working with amazing coaches all having the same aim to improve the players but making sure they're having fun too!
From the beginning of my coaching journey I've learnt so much and only continuing to develop. Having a natural desire to improve the player I also ensure they are not only developing but enjoying the game too.
I have played for a few clubs over the years more recently Horsham FC U18's and Crawley Town U19's program. The passion I take from playing the beautiful game I aim to put into my sessions for the players to enjoy.

I am a determined and dedicated coach, I always try to get the best out of my players pushing them to achieve their goals helping them with their next steps within football.
I have the ambition of coaching professionally at a full time football club, I have studied coaching for 3 years. Now working to obtain all my badges in order to take my next step too.
I truly have a passion for coaching treating every player the same, regardless of gender or backgrounds giving them 100% of my abilities and attention. I try my best to maintain positive relationships with players and parents allowing them to enjoy my coaching individually, group or within the team set up.
I often self reflect on ways I could have done better setting a good example to my players. I am grateful to Clinical as it has given me a pathway to peruse what I want to achieve in coaching and I am very proud to work here.

Rayane Esadki
I have been involved with football my whole life playing since young with teams such as Furngate, Lower Beeding and now pursing a career into coaching with Clinical Training FC. I've worked with amazing coaches who all have the goal of developing our players an making sure we have a positive team environment where players feel motivated and supported.
I like to be a role model for the players in Clinical Training, In each training session I do my best to take my love for the game into the sessions making sure each player takes something away allowing them to learn and develop whilst enjoying the game too, becoming the player the wish to be.
